Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of automation services provided by NodeLayer Labs Automation Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Acceptance

These Terms take effect upon: (1) Your electronic acceptance, (2) Execution of a Statement of Work, or (3) Commencement of services. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Key Definitions

Statement of Work (SOW)

A document specifying project scope, deliverables, and timeline

Deliverables

Automation workflows, documentation, and code produced

Services

Automation design, development, and maintenance

Client Materials

Data, systems, and information provided by Client

What's Included

Custom automation workflow design
Production-grade implementation
Documentation and training
30-day post-deployment support
Source code delivery (where applicable)

What's Not Included

Third-party software licenses
Client infrastructure costs
API usage beyond agreed limits
Modifications outside project scope
24/7 monitoring (unless specified)

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
